Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative completion tools.<br />

<b>Partner with the best </b><br />
<br />
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for performing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. You will develop a year plan for (a part) of the manufacturing organization. You will be involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.<br />
<br />
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Executes production according to the appropriate instructions.</li>
<li>Redefine processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance)</li>
<li>Handles latitude in manufacturing techniques. Manufacturing process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.</li>
<li>Leads a small manufacturing unit with a budget &gt; 1.5 million.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have Bachelor&
39;s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field</li>
<li>Have minimum 5 years of production or manufacturing experience in Casting, Foundry or relevant industries</li>
<li>Have current and previous experience as team leader</li>
<li>Show good communication in Thai &amp; English and interpersonal with leadership skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to influence other and lead team</li>
<li>Show initiatives of moderate scope and impact</li>
<li>Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously</li>
</ul>
