S&P Global Market Intelligence The Role: Client Support Specialist The Team: The Sydney Loan Operations team specialises in providing clients with administrative outsourcing services. The Client Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the client relationship as well as their corresponding data in various company/client softwares. The Impact: This role will help the Operations team support in-region clients and be the go-to person for any questions that may be raised. By having this position in Sydney, our team will have a stronger impact is servicing the client and meeting all SLA requirements. What’s in it for you: Career Development Leadership Potential Client Engagement Experience Responsibilities: Analyse and input static information extrapolated from client loan documentation. Process scheduled and un-scheduled activities associated with the maintenance of our clients’ data within the software. Generate and manipulate data associated with our reporting system to satisfy client requirements. Quality control activities from various team members to ensure proper data entry occurred within the loan administrative system. Independently perform software demonstrations to prospective clients. Provide support to ad hoc requests from clients in the region. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, economics preferred) 2-3 Years of loan operations experience Prior client facing experience Key Soft Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform pre-sales functions directly to the client. Ability to multi-task and adhere to client/company deadlines.
