What you will do Conduct assessments of IT risks and controls in support of internal and external audit and advisory engagements, Support assessments for broader information security topics as well as IT general controls. Help develop risk and control matrices and reviewing procedures. Assist in the review and drafting of recommendations of business process controls Support in file review, engagement planning, file review, technical testing, and report writing What you bring to the role Degree from an accredited university in a relevant field, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in assessing information technology or business process risk ideally within a large consulting practice Understanding and experience with IT General Controls and controls-based audits (e.g., SOC 1, ISO 27001) is preferred Experience in the testing of controls in different IT environments Strong English and/or French communication skills (oral & written) What we offer KPMG in Canada supports achieving a healthy lifestyle in a variety of ways - from cultivating a healthy work environment to promoting health and wellness through flexible work arrangements and benefit plans to accommodate your lifestyle.
