Senior Pipeline Engineer

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Pipeline Engineers to join our team in Brisbane on a 12 months contract. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b> <br><ul><li> Preparation and review of engineering design documents </li><li> Responsible for pipeline design including tie-ins and crossing, right of way, development of alignment sheets and construction work packs </li><li> GIS familiarity </li><li> Provide technical guidance to designers </li><li> Liaise with inter-discipline engineers, designers and specialist to understand project requirements. </li><li> Assist in discipline front end and detailed design input to engineering projects </li><li> Provide technical guidance and support to the project teams and clients </li><li> Responsible for study, design, specification, and services related to the engineering discipline </li></ul><br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Must be degree qualified with at least 8 to 10 years' experience, predominantly in the Oil & Gas sector </li><li> RPEQ is preferred </li><li> Experienced in engineering design including conceptual, FEED, detailed design and studies </li><li> Capable of communicating and interfacing effectively with other disciplines, project managers, and clients' representatives </li><li> Must have strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards including AS 2885 and the APGA Code of Practice for Upstream Polyethylene Gathering Networks - CSG Industry </li><li> Good analytical skills capable of writing clear & concise technical reports </li></ul><br> Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role. <br><br>If you're an experienced Senior Pipeline Engineer, ready for your next role, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
