Administer the following quality checks: Colour, Height, Shape, Weight, and Integrity, Reject bread and Side crush bread as per specification. Ensure correct loading of bread into crate, remove all damaged bread and allocate with a report to Foreman. Ensure lids are secure on pans, ensure bread is correctly positioned in a pan, ensure that the pan goes correctly into the prover and report all baking deviations to Foreman.
