INTERVENTION & PRODUCTION SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME)

<p>To provide Intervention, production, and geoscience subject matter expertise. To develop reliable subsurface static reservoir models and provide field life update for the reservoirs that make the development Plan for Exploration and development activities.</p>

<li>Lead the designs of programs towards achieving production sustenance and restoration, production optimization</li>
<li>Participate in the design and implementation of intervention and production development activities</li>
<li>Conduct detailed intervention and production studies and plan intervention operations such as campaign candidates' selection to achieve short and long-term oil gains</li>
<li>Monitoring the daily progress of well operations; safety and ensuring the good maintenance of the well</li>
<li>Ensure Well Intervention & production Operations Procedures & Manuals are accurately developed and implemented.</li>
<li>Ensure the most cost-effective techniques and equipment are utilized to improve well constructing</li>
<li>Ensure the scope of work for all Contractors is clear.</li>
<li>Accurate AFE costs are prepared and managed for each project.</li>
<li>Provide answers and advisory to technical questions</li>
<li>Provide technical support for operational activities such as data quality assurance and interpretation</li>
<li>Remain current on new technologies for assigned domain and advise on cost and efficiency gains where applicable</li>
<li>HSSE objectives are clear and form the basis upon which operations will be conducted.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate and control an efficient, safe and economical execution of exploration, appraisal and development, redevelopment and workover Well operations for onshore and offshore rigs in accordance with approved programmes.</li>
<li>Develop detailed Well Intervention & production services scope of work for contracting purposes. Actively participate in all well services contracting process.</li>

<p><u>Knowledge & Skills</u></p>

<li>Knowledge, experience and demonstrated proficiency in all the activities described above.</li>
<li>A Hybrid experience across OFSE and E&P is preferred and an added advantage</li>
<li>Computer literate with competency in Microsoft Office applications.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Industry recognized Intervention and Production software</li>
<li>Experience or strong knowledge of Light and heavy Intervention with through tubing intervention, smart intervention slickline, wireline, coiled tubing, fishing, well testing, well integrity, sand control, stimulation, artificial lifting, remedial completions, plug and abandonment services.</li>

<p><u>Qualifications</u></p>

<ul>
<li>Possess minimum 15 (fifteen) years active experience in well intervention, Intervention and Production with minimum 10 (ten) years in senior supervisory well Intervention operations position in a high project load environment with intense activity periods. Experience in the Niger Delta is essential.</li>
<li>Degreed engineer (master's in petroleum engineering or Well Engineering desirable.)</li>
<li>Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in a similar Intervention and Production Domain or Subject matter expert in a large Operating company or oilfield services company</li>
<li>Valid IWCF Well control certificate</li>
<li>Strong Planning and execution of intervention and production activities and logistics</li>
