<b>Jubail Chemicals Plant Manager</b><br><br><b>Are you an experienced Batch Chemicals Plant Manager?</b><br><br><b>Do you enjoy transferring innovative engineering solutions into Plant Operations?</b><br><br><b>Join our Chemicals Plant Operations team</b><br><br>We are constructing our multi million dollar Oilfield Chemicals Manufacturing Plant in Jubail 2, with commissioning due to start later this year. When commissioned, the Plant will operate on a 24/7 basis, delivering high quality specialty chemicals to our customers in the Oil & Gas industry. Safety, Quality and Customer Service will underpin our Jubail Chemical Plant operation<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>Jubail Chemicals Plant Manager will be the senior manager on site having responsibility for all site operations, including:<br><ul><li>Managing the performance of the site Team, ensuring adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental regulations, Quality requirements, Customer (internal & external) expectations and corporate systems/procedures<br></li><li>Building effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and external Regulatory/Governmental Bodies<br></li><li>Maintaining and controlling inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates and finished products<br></li><li>Setting financial budgets and controlling expenditure accordingly<br></li><li>Preparing capital investment proposals and a medium term Capital Plan for the Plant<br></li><li>Ensuring Engineering and Maintenance services are completed to the required standard<br></li><li>Preparing production and performance reports as required by Senior Management<br></li><li>Supporting and developing the staff on site through effective training and career planning<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's Engineering degree from an accredited university or college<br></li><li>Have minimum of 10 years of experience in batch chemical plant operations<br></li><li>Have good oral and written communication with good interpersonal and leadership skills<br></li><li>Have good track record of analytical and organizational ability<br></li><li>Effective at collaboration, team working and designing/rolling out business processes<br></li></ul><br><br>Desired Characteristics:<br><ul><li>Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering <br></li><li>Have strong leadership capability <br></li><li>Have a consultative team management style <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
