<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
&bull;To design, develop and implement Digital Learning contents utilizing a variety of content authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360,etc. &bull;Support Human Capital Projects and internal end-users in updating their Digital learning contents from conceptualization to deployment stage. &bull;The ideal candidate is an individual contributor with experience in O&amp;G, with over 5 years of Online Content creation, SCORM, LMS systems such as SAP Success Factors.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
&bull; Bachelor&
39;s degree, or equivalent experience in Information Technology and/or training development. &bull; 10 years of demonstrated experience in learning technologies<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; 2 years of direct experience using Adobe Captivate 7 or Enable Now software &bull; 10 years of experience in Microsoft products, primarily in Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint<br />
