We are One Weatherford. <br><br> Weatherford offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits program and provide you a challenging and enriching career path, with a healthy balance of structure and flexibility to chart your own course. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><br>FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES <br><ul><li> Optimizar el uso de la Flota Liviana y Autoelevadores en Argentina. </li><li> Desarrollar y mantener programas de mantenimiento preventivo </li><li> Detectar Flota Pesada y Liviana con subutilizacion. </li><li> Reducir la Flota activa. </li><li> Controlar los Gastos de Mantenimiento de Flota Liviana. </li><li> Administrar Contrato Mantenimiento Flota. </li><li> Necesidad de Centralizar el uso de la Flota para Contratos on call. </li><li> Coordinar/Identificar con PL/Operaciones la Flota fija afectada a Contratos y la Flota part Time (para incorporar al POOL). </li><li> Asegurar el 100% de la Flota con Microtrack funcionando y transmitiendo. </li><li> Coordinar con QHSE y PL parada de flota con pedido de captura. </li><li> Implementar y Gestionar Nueva plataforma (Base Datos) para optimizar el uso de la Flota Liviana. (Interfase con Microtrack o nuevos desarrollos con Microtrack). </li><li> Crear y Administrar 2 POOL centralizados de flota en Argentina (Sur y Centro) para soportar las necesidad de Operaciones. </li><li> Monitorear Consumos de Combustible, Cubiertas, Repuestos, Reporte periodico con desvios (x PL, x vehiculo, x geografia). </li><li> Aprobar Gastos de Reparacion en Plataforma. </li><li> Informar/Disponer cada Quarter la flota a ser subastada segun procedimiento vigente. </li><li> Consolidar necesidades anuales de Flota (Adquisicion o Alquiler). </li><li> Auditar Flota Liviana y Pesada, reportando desvios al PL Manager y Combined Operations Manager. </li><li> Centralizar Generacion de Routings (Transferencia o Baja de Flota). </li><li> Conocer y comprender la Politica de calidad de Weatherford y cumplir con todos los requisitos del Manual de sistemas de calidad, los Procedimientos tecnicos y operativos y las Instrucciones para el lugar de trabajo. </li><li> Comprender y cumplir con todas las reglas de seguridad y las politicas de la empresa de Weatherford. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> +5 anos de experiencia en supervision de flota y personal afectado al area. </li><li> Carrera de grado: Lic. Administracion - Ingenierias (Mecanico, Electromecanico, electricistas, industrial) - Lic. en Logistica. </li><li> Uso y conocimiento de plataformas de mantenimiento preventivo de Flotas. </li><li> Buen manejo de Microsoft Office. </li><li> Preferente conocimiento de la industria O&G </li><li> Conocimiento trabajando en un entorno ISO 9001, 5S y API </li><li> Manejo de JD Edward </li><li> Trabajo en equipo, flexibilidad y tolerancia a la presion. </li><li> Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo. </li><li> Automotivador y actuar con autonomia. </li><li> Fuertes habilidades analiticas y financieras. </li><li> Orientado al cliente interno. </li><li> Ingles avanzado. </li></ul>
