We are One Weatherford. <br><br> Weatherford offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits program and provide you a challenging and enriching career path, with a healthy balance of structure and flexibility to chart your own course. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><br>Fabricacion y reparacion de herramientas de perforacion.<br><br>DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:<br><ul><li>Fabricar y modificar herramientas y equipos.</li><li>Operar maquinaria para trabajar metales, como tornos, fresadoras, moldeadoras o amoladoras para mecanizar piezas segun las especificaciones.</li><li>Calcular y configurar controles para regular el mecanizado, o ingresar comandos para recuperar, ingresar o editar medios de control de maquinas computarizados.</li><li>Medir, examinar y probar las unidades completas para detectar defectos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones.</li><li>Limpiar, lubricar y mantener maquinas, herramientas y equipos para eliminar grasa, oxido, manchas y materias extranas.</li><li>Recortar y reparar conexiones API.</li><li>Fabricacion de herramientas necesarias.</li><li>Brindar liderazgo y capacitacion a los maquinistas de menor rango.</li><li>Conocer y comprender la Politica de calidad de Weatherford y cumplir con todos los requisitos del Manual de sistemas de calidad, los Procedimientos tecnicos y operativos y las Instrucciones para el lugar de trabajo.</li><li>Comprender y cumplir con todas las reglas de seguridad y las politicas de la empresa de Weatherford. </li></ul><br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> +5 anos de experiencia como maquinista general </li><li> Experiencia en uso de tornos CNC, prensa de taladros rotativos y diversas herramientas manuales como amoladoras, desbarbadoras, etc. </li><li> Leer herramientas basicas de medicion </li><li> Habilidad para leer y comprender planos. </li><li> Habilidad para conducir / operar cargadores y montacargas. </li><li> Secundario Tecnico completo </li><li> Licencia de conducir habilitada </li><li> Ingles intermedio. </li></ul>
