Due to an internal development move we currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Technology Business Partner to support our GSK Australia pharmaceutical business with a focus on CRM and digital marketing initiatives. This role will see you working in partnership with our Sales and Marketing teams to provide high level advice and guidance to support decision making and to help drive and measure business performance. Your responsibilities will be broad and will include: Partnering with the business to develop effective technology business solutions, gain senior business support and align appropriate resources. Driving the adoption of CRM and digital marketing platforms to optimise and enhance functionality, and to ensure an aligned and consistent regional approach. Supporting the implementation and optimisation of digital channels and platforms that deliver a great customer experience for patients and healthcare professionals. Proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and raising challenges to meet business objectives and mitigate risks. Working closely with the Director of Technology (ANZ) and senior leaders, to actively influence the business strategy by providing a range of technology solutions and opportunities that will provide business value and help deliver enhanced business outcomes. Ensuring the effective delivery of projects, with appropriate processes and controls to deliver against timelines, quality and cost. Building strategic relationships with critical technology partners and vendors. Vendor and service management; accountable for ensuring the right services levels are in place and maintained in line with business needs. To be successful in this role you will have: Significant experience in technology business partnering roles within large, complex global businesses, and a broad range of cross functional regional and global stakeholders. Significant experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms. Experience in a customer facing technology and/or consulting role within a large consulting business (preferred). A track record in delivering business impact through process and technology enabled solutions. Evidence of driving business results through technology innovation and proven ability to use methodologies and tools to improve business processes and practices. Unparalleled communication, influencing and relationship building skills. Project management certification (preferred). GSK is a place where outstanding people do amazing things.
