You will be responsible for developing insightful analysis to improve commercial strategies with impact on churn reduction and improvement of retention campaigns. <br><br><b> As a member of </b> <b>the Commercial Team at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for</b>: <br> <ul> <li> Develop of customer insights supporting value-driven customer segmentation efforts </li> <li> Measurement and analysis of marketing campaign results on<br> customer base, focusing on churn and retention strategies </li> <li> Design and development of customer analytics reporting, enabling commercial strategies based on customer base value </li> <li> Supporting marketing team to optimize A/B and multivariate testing </li> <li> Clear and effective communication of complex analysis results to all organizational levels </li> <li> Liaising with IT regarding the development and adoption of new tools, in business intelligence as well as integrating new data. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science or a Related Field </li> <li> Bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science or a Related Field </li> <li> Extensive and proven experience using at least one among SQL, Python, R </li> <li> Proven track record in helping businesses leverage customer insight to make more informed business decisions </li> <li> Strong data visualization skills using tools like Power BI </li> <li> Understanding of marketing ecosystem and how to measure success for each channel/campaign </li> <li> Experience in an international environment is considered a plus </li> <li> Previous experience in telco, banking and insurance is considered a plus </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> Torrelavega, Spain <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> Permanent <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br> <br> Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
