Your Role Are you someone who wants to improve product quality in your career? As a Staff Software Test Engineer, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business. We look for candidates who are competent and committed to the SolarWinds mission and display exemplary attitude. When you join our team, you'll work on our new SaaS Network Device Monitoring project. You'll help us to solve the challenge of collecting metrics from on-prem network devices, delivering them to the SaaS platform, and visualizing them. We always strive to implement the most data-cost-efficient solution, however, our main goal is to build a valuable observability experience for each customer, no matter the size of the environment to be monitored. Qualifications Your Experience Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and makes thoughtful recommendations Understands customer focus and solutions Driven to help others Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5+ years’ experience in QA role Preferred experience – AWS, Azure, Docker, K8s GHA, JIRA, GitHub, PowerShell
