These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products of Panametrics make.<br><br>As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Executing all activities related to the testing and validation of PANAMETRICS equipment in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use and includes onsite installation, commissioning and Site Acceptance tests. All activities to be carried out with non-negotiable HSE compliance and integrity.</li><li>Collaborating with other Field Services Specialists in the region and other functions and lead closure of customers' technical requirement.</li><li>Providing support to In-House services as needed.</li><li>Contributing in growing the services to drive 70% billability and 80% assigned time.</li><li>Utilizing and adhering to standardized processes as needed for services operations.</li><li>Preparing for field services jobs proactively and be aware of the site conditions to ensure quality services delivery to the customers.</li><li>Handling diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's Engineering degree from an accredited university or college Instrumentation or Electronics.</li><li>Have Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in field Instrumentation with 5 years in flowmeters and field process analyzers additional years of experience in troubleshooting and commissioning. Other Engineering degrees can be considered if the applicant have relevant experience.</li><li>Have Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Have Ability to influence others and lead issue resolutions.</li><li>Have skills on management of conflicts and disputes.</li><li>Have ability to Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.</li><li>Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.</li><li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills and Proven analytical and organizational ability.</li><li>Must be available to travel on short notices based on customers' requirement.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
