Well Intervention Service Delivery Coordinator

<p>The Well Intervention Service Delivery Coordinator (WI SDC), based in Celle, Germany is focused on the Well Intervention department of Baker Hughes and plays a crucial role in the project management of the assigned client portfolio.<br />
<br />
When a challenge is raised, the SDC identifies a solution, prepares the offer, prepares the job, delivers equipment, provides technical support during operations, closes out the job and ensures timely invoicing.<br />
<br />
The SDC also performs a sales &amp; business development role and is motivated to expand the business for Baker Hughes by actively approaching clients, following leads and grows market share.<br />
<br />
This means that within the client portfolio the SDC is responsible for (but not limited to):</p>

<ul>
<li>HSE - Protect the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.</li>
<li>Compliance - Conduct all activities in line with our non-negotiable, applicable processes and cultural pillars,</li>
<li>Contracts management - Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon,</li>
<li>Job execution
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries .</li>
<li>Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.</li>
<li>Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for BH.</li>
</ul>

<li>Process management - Be familiar with the assigned client&
39;s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives</li>
<li>Service Delivery - Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery,</li>
<li>Invoicing - Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash</li>

<li>No 9-5 mentality, willing to work, if required, outside of standard hours</li>
<li>Knowledge and demonstrated experience on Fishing, Casing exits and Service tools is a must</li>
<li>German fluency, preferably native and English</li>
<li>Bachelor education level</li>
<li>Business acumen</li>
<li>Sales skills</li>
<li>Project Management skills</li>
