Business System Administrator (Computerised Maintenance Management System)

The Business System Administrator (Computerised Maintenance Management System) is responsible for operating the business system and deliver user support in the assigned organization. The Business System Administrator is also responsible for maintaining business systems, preparing reports and analysis for assigned accounts/tasks.<br> <br> <b>Responsibilities: </b><br> <li> Ensure consistent and ongoing business system usage.</li> <li> Provide user assistance as required and coordinate the local user community.</li> <li> Deliver local user training as needed.</li> <li> Coordinate the creation and maintenance of user accounts in the system.</li> <li> Monitor and ensure authorization of system account requests.</li> <li> Police and correct system errors and remove obsolete and duplicate items.</li> <li> Track and ensure a response to all system feedback, Help requests, bugs, and idea submissions.</li> <li> Maintain an organized archiving/e-filing system of corporate documents.</li> <li> Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.</li> <li> Contribute to quality customer service.</li> <li> Support data entry to business systems in use by Managers and initiate relevant notifications to all involved parties.</li> <li> Perform administrative tasks related to workforce and logistics including physical and other Schlumberger business systems.</li> <li> General admin tasks on reports, tender submissions, and others. </li> <br> <b>Requirements:</b><br> <li> Minimum diploma in business admin or equivalent.</li> <li> Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.</li> <li> Have working rights in Malaysia and willing to be based in Port Klang.</li> <li> Experience in SAP business system will be a major advantage.</li> <li> Proficient in Malay and English language.</li> <li> Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
