Sr. Associate, Client Support The Role: S&P Global Sustainable1 The single source of essential sustainability intelligence, is seeking a technical client support professional to join our Corporate Engagement team. The role provides an opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in the field of corporate sustainability. The successful candidates will support processes for the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) to ensure that participating companies receive highest services levels and any questions or complaints received are followed up and solved in a timely manner. Your main tasks will include: Providing the highest level of functionality and basic technical product support to CSA Participants researching/analysing appropriately and using all available resources. Answering in bound emails, chats from internal and external clients related to general or technical questions about the CSA portal and process. Effective Workflow Management including: - Logging and tracking information in the appropriate systems in an accurate and timely manner (includes researching company contacts and keeping them up to date) - Escalated cases are passed internally or to other departments following procedures - Contribute to operational efficiency by applying the Lean principles to the day to day job - think for the client to go beyond client wants and delve into the why Ensure companies reaching out to client support are enabled to use the CSA online portal efficiently and are aware of all available free tools and additional services Supporting key projects and operational processes related to engaging, onboarding and supporting companies participating in the CSA Contributing and providing research & analysis support to CSA Engagement Specialist. This encompasses performing data pulls and providing editorial support including producing original-idea driven editorial pieces. Submitting new materials and solutions to the knowledgebase for future reference including keeping existing topics up to date. Provide reports on metrics to measure process and content quality of the CSA support and engagement The Location: Manila The Impact: How will their role impact the business and the marketplace? The CSA is S&P Global’s central tool to engage corporates to report on and improve their ESG performance. CSA results and collected data are used to power the diverse set of ESG products and services at S&P Global, ranging from indices like the world renown Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) to ESG Evaluation services at S&P Global Ratings. ESG focused investors need reliable and complete information on corporate ESG performance for their portfolio selection. CSA scores and data empower decision makers to identify ESG top performers and channel investments to support their ESG goals. The CSA has been in operation since 1999 with a focus on the world’s largest 3500 companies. In 2021 the research universe was extended to over 10,000 companies and will be further extended in the future. Successful candidates can develop into a senior role in the growing CSA technical support team.
