Your Role: Are you someone who wants to excel in Global Benefits in your career? As a Benefit Analyst Intern, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through showcasing your innovative mindset in developing benefits which will impact all employees in SolarWinds. We look for candidates who are competent and committed to the SolarWinds mission and display exemplary attitude. Responsibilities Perform Competitive benefits analysis for all locations – liaise with People Partner, benefits manager, vendors, benefits consultant to gather data and latest trends in the market Research, analyze and provide unique value proposition for benefits Create interactive intranet page for benefits for selected countries Create benefits guide from scratch for selected countries – gather all benefits information from each country, understand and create a guide for all employees Provide support for the design and implementation of new or changed benefit programs Qualifications Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team setting Ability to manage multiple tasks and small projects, while paying strict attention to detail
