Your Role: The IT PMO team is in search for a Program manager who can work with our Finance team. This person will possess the skills and abilities to effectively manage strategic technical programs within the finance systems space. The focus of this role is to bring success to all finance technical programs and will program manage the implementations, configurations, and changes to our internal financial systems. This person will also need to work closely with the finance PO/Business leaders to satisfy any future requests. Responsibilities Your Impact: In this role, you will be able to drive change to the environment through the successful completion of technical programs Collaborate with leaders across the organization (and with your local team) Lead the team as an expert in your field Drive business value through the successfully implementation of standards and best practices Build strategies that ultimately fosters success and growth for the company Qualifications Your Experience: Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and makes thoughtful recommendations Understands customer focus and solutions Driven to help others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelors or master’s degree in appropriate project management discipline or related field Agile / Scrum Certifications (CSM/CPO Cert. a plus) and/or ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma Training (Preferred) 5+ year’s relevant experience (experience working with organization that run technical projects) Strong organization and project management skills – proven experience managing global project deployments Experience with SaaS technologies and Software delivery best practices
