Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) is a product line in the Baker Hughes portfolio, providing pumping systems to both the Oil and Gas and Geothermal market.<br><br><b><b> Partner with the best </b></b><br><br>The Service Delivery Technical Manager ensures flawless execution by leading a team focused on technical job planning, job optimization and on-demand support. You will be accountable for the service delivery performance and product portfolio as well as driving service delivery productivity. In this position you will maximize the revenue, cost and cash collection.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Working closely with the Service Delivery Managers to understand activity forecast and verify appropriate resource mix to enable flawless execution and on-time delivery <br></li><li>Conducting readiness review of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team as necessary <br></li><li>Building customer engagement, including participating in local business performance reviews and high impact incident response. <br></li><li>Driving Consistency, ensuring transactional discipline and adoption of managing the job cycle process and content as well as personnel competency and training. Peer review full job package (job program and resource allocation) for critical wells (as nominated by clients or by recent high impact incidents). <br></li><li>Driving Continuous Improvement, identifying any gaps in local capabilities and developing improvement plans to ensure compliance with global standards. Monitoring KPI's and action on any deviation from targets. <br></li><li>Overseeing field incident management process reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions and closure. <br></li><li>Assigning technical job planning and support resources to work with Service Delivery Coordinator to develop job programs in line with requirements. <br></li><li>Driving productivity, executing on remote operations and/or multi-skilling strategy to drive service delivery productivity <br></li></ul><br><br><b><b> Fuel your passion </b></b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line <br></li><li>Have minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience <br></li><li>Be excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills <br></li><li>Be able to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries <br></li><li>Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements <br></li></ul><br><br><b><b> Work in a way that works for you </b></b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
