<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b></p>

<p>&bull; Ship Chartering with the assistance of Chartering Lead for planned/emergency delivered sales of regulated products and also for domestic marketing of Petroleum Products, including FOB imports.</p>

<p>&bull; Regularly interact with a network of reputed shipping brokers to remain updated with up-to-date Shipping Market information.</p>

<p>&bull; Obtaining up to date shipping market info/reports from reputed brokers on regular basis.</p>

<p>&bull; Assist Marketing/MA teams with relevant Shipping Market info to support CFR sales or to maximize returns in FOB sales.</p>

<p>&bull; Assist MBE team in development of Shipping Strategy.</p>

<p>&bull; Contract owner for Survey &amp; Port Agency contracts related to Regulated products.</p>

<p>&bull; Contract Owner for contract with Lloyds&
39;s List Intelligence subscription for Ship tracking.</p>

<p>&bull; Contract Owner for Worldscale annual subscription.</p>

<p>&bull; Monthly shipment tracking for further analysis by MBR Team.</p>

<p>&bull; Managing MIS for Shipping Function.</p>

<p>&bull; Handles contractual issues in conjunction with Legal.<br />

<b>Education</b></p>

<p>A minimum degree ideally in business or equivalent</p>

<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b></p>

<p>Strong written and verbal communication skill in English</p>

<p>Excellent negotiating skills</p>

<p>Ability to effectively manage external relationships</p>

<p>Minimum 12 yrs experience dealing with long and short term chartering operations</p>

<p>Working knowledge of international vessel and port safety requirements</p>
