Team Assistant & Logistic Support (Contract)

Then come in and join our Malaysia team as Team Assistant & Logistic Support (12 Months Contract) to support the Customer Services (CS) team. Your task and responsibilities : You will assist provide Administrative support for overall CS department You will be responsible VISA application letter preparation You will manage company billing for the support given to end user customer in hospital. eg: Telekom & Maxis bills You will prepare PR using the company online tool for purchasing purpose and perform constant following up to ensure delivery of orders on time You will assist on new staff onboard, preparing on the necessity(raise IT ticket for door access and laptop configuration) You will be responsible for Logistic related administrative task such as third party vendor creation, PO creation and other related task To find out more about the specific business, have a look at To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/en-my Your qualifications and experiences: You hold a successfully completed Degree in Business Administration or equivalent You have at least 2 years as admin support / logistic coordinator Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Your attribute and skills: You possess strong analytical skills and technical know-how of healthcare instruments You are a team player with the ability to work independently You are proficient in both written and spoken English You have intermediate level knowledge in Microsoft Excel We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
