Sales Executive - Penang

Johnson & Johnson is currently looking for a Sales Executive to be based in Penang. The candidate would be responsible for achieving product sales to new and established accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. Job Responsibilities Responsible to develop and grow as well as supporting and defending the Ethicon Wound Closure, Biosurgery business in government and private accounts. Build excellent relationship with customers and KOL’s, as well as conduct product in-service/workshops, product evaluations and new product launches. Maintain a high level of product knowledge after internal product and relevant training.Provide technical support during surgeries. Ability to work independently, highly motivated, and proactive, target driven. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills required. Analyze data, provide on-going field intelligence reports about market information, and develop business plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies in conjunction with team sales manager. Meet or exceed sales targets.
