Senior Finance Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is currently open to applications for candidates that are interested to be their next Senior Finance Analyst. This is a permanent position based at our office in The Pinnacle, Subang Jaya. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the primary role is to provide business finance support to the commercial team. Job Description Preparation/Review of the monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and submission on timely basis to Regional and Corporate office Preparation of analyses and tracking of the Annual Budget, Rolling Forecasts and ad-hoc analysis/reporting Responsible for driving efficiency in SG&A spending & tracking cost center expenses To support the business plan development, pro-actively identify key issues and to make recommendations to the management Assist budget owner in analysis & review of their monthly marketing & Capex spend by tracking and providing run rates & spending outlook. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing Gross Margin, Costing, Other cost and tracking of travel and entertainment expenses Assist in Price Review and ICP/Transfer Pricing review. Support on other daily/routine operational tasks for financial planning and daily operation in Malaysia when required Perform key controls testing and ensure testing attributes are met and key risks are identified Assesses risk and controls processes, perform control walkthrough, operation testing and discussed the findings with the process owner Actively participate in process improvement and system automation project implementation Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, with no less then 4 to 5 years of working experience in similar line Advanced Excel skills are required and knowledge of macros and operating systems such as TM1, Tableau, SAP are desirable. Agile and a strong ability to work with tight deadlines with quick turnaround High degree of efficiency to grasp new information and knowledge A self starter and ability to work independently with minimum supervision Previous analytical and/or management accounting experience is required Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
