Purpose: As a Buyer II you will be responsible for supporting the CCFS Family with focus on Facilities Category for Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. This individual will be responsible for handlings Sourcing Cases according to the Category Strategy developed by Regional Category Leader, lead bidding process based on strategic sourcing principles, develop and implement proactive projects, supervise, analyze and report on the organization’s activities and ability to deliver against targets for financial performance, quality, and service and compliance adherence. You will be responsible for: Develop and Drive the Procurement vision for, with and through the stakeholder community Lead bidding process based on Strategic Sourcing principles and acting proactively in order to identify opportunities of cost reduction and customer experience. Implement and develop strategic plans for Facilities Category based on Category Strategy and Spend Management Interact directly with vendors to ensure JNJ goals are met, including quality, reliability, innovation, and cost Partnering with Category Leads to deliver annual value improvements driving competitive advantage Develop supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, performance management and development and improvement of end to end value, innovation to the business Supervise, analyze, and report on the performance to financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments Implementation of category strategies including negotiations, spend management, supplier relationship management and cost savings Provides support in the management and prioritization of the portfolio of specific initiatives in the Procurement segment (Pharm, MD&D and / or Consumer) Qualifications Qualifications and requirements: Education: A Bachelor´s degree is required, with a preferred concentration in Business, Engineering or related field. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of procurement experience is required. Demonstrated experience influencing in a matrixed environment is required. With a minimum 3 years of experience in facilities purchasing activities (cafeteria/meals ticket, cleaning, security building, employee transportation, building maintenance, graphic services, hard services- lighting, Roof maintance, hall maintenance, utility). Languages: Advanced level of Portuguese is required and English is a plus.
