【プロフェッショナルサービス本部について】 VMware のプロフェッショナル サービス本部 （PSO） は、お客様がVMware のソリューション活用を成功させるための鍵となります。PSO は、データセンター仮想化、ハイブリッドクラウド活用、モバイル活用など、VMwareがお客様ビジネスに貢献できる全領域について、お客様の戦略策定およびソリューション活用を支援し、ITによるお客様ビジネスへの貢献 をサポートします 。さらに、運用フェーズにおける各種サポートも提供します 。PSOへの期待 はますます大きくなってきています。その背景には、VMwareのソリューション領域が大きく広がっていることに加え、ビジネスに貢献するITへの期待が 高まっていることが挙げられます。VMwareソリューションとテクノロジーをお客様ビジネスのために活かす、それがPSOのミッションです。VMware PSO には、アドバイザリーサービス、テクニカルコンサルティングサービス、 およびテクニカル アカウントマネージャ （TAM） サービスが含まれます。 【業務内容】 TSS Consultantとはお客様、パートナー様、SIer様 が抱えるVMware製品･機能の技術的課題に対してQA方式で回答を提供するVMware製品のスペシャリストです。 Technical Specialist Service (TSS) が提供するサービスです。 年間契約を基に、お客様のVMware製品課題に対応する製品スペシャリストとして、専属のTSS Consultantがアサインされます。 TSS Consultantは、お客様の運用及びプロジェクト計画を理解し、VMware製品の導入･展開･定着化を推進するための技術QAに対応します(製品障害は含まず)。 お客様のVMwareソリューションの実行を円滑にし、予防保全を推進します。 ・ VMware 製品・機能の技術的QA対応 ・問合せ事項の棚卸し、対面またはリモートでのテクニカルディスカッションを提供する定例会の開催 ・最新のVMware KB、パッチ、リリース及びセキュリティ・アラートの情報（日本語）を提供 【必要な経験・能力】 必須条件 ・ベンダーのプロフェッショナルサービス、製品サポートサービス、SIerでのプロジェクトSEのいずれかの経験５年以上 ・システムインフラ基盤(サーバー/ストレージ/ネットワーク)に対する基本知識 ・サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワークアーキテクチャいずれかに対する深い経験と知識 ・コミュニケーション、ネゴシエーション能力 ・顧客の要求に答えるための社内調整能力 ・流暢な日本語能力 ・英語力（読み書き） ・大卒以上 以下の経験と知識がある方尚可 ・vSphereの経験・知識 ・あるいはNSX、Kubernetes、AWS、GCPいずれかの経験ある方歓迎 ・プレゼンテーション能力 Category : Services and Consulting Subcategory: Solutions Architect Experience: Manager and Professional Full Time/ Part Time: Full Time Posted Date: 2022-04-09 VMware Company Overview: At VMware, we believe that software has the power to unlock new opportunities for people and our planet.
