For more information, please visit www.pepsico.com We are currently looking for a Reporting and Analytics Analyst for our KBS (Krakób Business Services) team Sales Reporting and Analytics Analyst Main Purpose As a Reporting and Analytics Analyst, you will be managing the day-to-day reporting of the Sales central Perfect Store services. Your key responsibility will be supporting the maintenance of our image recognition tool. This will be done through the maintenance of our master data, as well as reporting on key performance metrics. Success in the role will depend on how well you act as the key point of contact for our business unit teams and our image recognition vendor. You will be mostly responsible for delivering a quality service, promoting user satisfaction, and managing data maintenance and reports in a timely manner. Accountabilities Ensure master data is accurate and up to date. Master data includes product, store and user databases Provide reporting and analytics against key metrics (e.g. input quality) Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports Create business reports that provide insight into key data points Support with the building of action plans based on reporting outputs Act as a key point of contact between business units and external vendor Deal with change requests quickly to minimize disruption to the business Manage multiple business units and workstreams at the same time Qualifications/Requirements 3+ years of experience in reporting and analytics (sales reporting is strongly desired) Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports Advanced English Strong Excel skills required, PowerBI skills preferable Experience of image recognition is desirable Attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines This international role based in Kraków will be in contact with global teams, if you are looking for an international career, this is a great opportunity to network in and outside Poland/Europe.
