Job Summary The Equipment SME QC Laboratory role also encompasses responsibility in coordinating and enabling Quality Control laboratory activities for Project work as directed by QC management, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and production schedules. The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: Responsibility to create and execute test plans (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ) for both hardware and software upgrades to Laboratory systems. Responsible for working with relevant departments to ensure that QC Lab equipment is maintained (preventative maintenance) and calibrated at all times Leading and participating in metrology projects, engineering projects and LEAN projects. Work with internal/external customers to ensure project works completed on time and on budget. Instrumentation life cycle support from management of change to CR closure. Involves purchasing of equipment, creation/execution of protocols, test scripts (IQ, OQ, PQ, URS, FAT), test reports and CR documentation. Responsible for lab consumables and equipment purchasing, liaising with internal and external vendors and managing of QC Lab Vendor accounts. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments that pertain to QC lab equipment/projects. Root cause analysis, dismantling and reassembling instrumentation with issue resolution Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements: Min. Degree level in Quality / Science related discipline 2 Years’ Experience in a regulated environment Strong Communication and Organizational skills Ability to coach, develop & mentor key staff Develops and maintains a positive team environment.
