IT Manager

Job Summary Amentum is seeking an IT Manager to join our team at the Joint Defense Facility Pine Gap (JDFPG) located in Alice Springs, Australia. In this role you will be responsible for oversight of the technology infrastructure and operations at site, and ensuring all processes adhere to company, site, and security policies and regulations. You will analyze the schematics and specifications of site unclassified computer systems. You will maintain safety and security across all networks and oversee the day-to-day operations and provide technical support to IT associated projects. As the IT manager you must have extensive knowledge of the technology industry and possess the skills required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide leadership, operational, and performance management, and direction to a team Responsible for the performance, functionality, and reliability of applications and related systems Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of IT to ensure the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of data Conduct technical implementation, configuration, monitoring, audits, administration, and support Implementation of industry standard ITIL aligned with Service Desk support processes Plan and manage implementation and integration of new technologies Budget, resource plan, and improving work instructions for system support Maintain the risk Management Framework and systems ATO status Ensure compliance with site environmental health and safety requirements Minimum Requirements Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology, cybersecurity, information systems management, or other relevant discipline or applicable technical licensure 10+ years of experience in Information Technology Working knowledge of IT business systems and integrated software applications Experience managing IT projects, technology refreshes, and small teams Familiarity with RMF and I.T. security regulations Driver’s License Security + Related advanced IT certification Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain a TS SCI with poly or an Australian citizen and possess or be able to obtain a TSPV Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Information Technology, cybersecurity, information systems management, or other relevant discipline Microsoft Certification Linux Certification
