<b>As a Production Line Manager you will be responsible for: </b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Accountable for production packer revenue, new product revenue and profitability</li>
<li>Works with customers and the internal organization to understand market needs. Translates this information into product roadmaps and business strategies to grow market share and improve profitability.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provides portfolio management and oversees the product develop management process including creating product statement of requirements, financial business cases and commercial gate reviews.</li>
<li>Works with the regions, supply chain and sale &amp; commercial organization to support tender inquiries and tender execution</li>
<li>Works with the cost out team and supply chain to identify opportunities to eliminate costs.</li>
<li>Provides application engineering support for new and existing business.</li>

To be successful in this role you will have:</p>

<ul>
<li>Bac helor&
39;s Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or a Bachelor&
39;s Degree and a minimum of 5 years product line experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience with Production Packers, their designs and applications</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of portfolio management, market analysis techniques and financial acumen.</li>
<li>Understanding of oilfield completion technologies and their application to market needs</li>
</ul>
