Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Plant Manager, you're to perform daily operations of plant to ensure reliability and consistency of production line. You're to contribute to the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole. You're to develops a strategic plan for the plant unit based upon the agreed strategic plan as a whole.<br><br>As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees. Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex long-term sales processes with high degrees of customization. <br></li><li>Handling very complex manufacturing processes. <br></li><li>Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. <br></li><li>Have +10 years experience in Plant leadership position <br></li><li>Have good oral and written communication skills. <br></li><li>Have good interpersonal and leadership skills. <br></li><li>Have demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems <br></li><li>Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. <br></li><li>Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. <br></li><li>Have established project management skills. <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
