Software Support Engineer - Real-Time Reservoir

We collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts to shape innovative products which are utilized by customers for hydrocarbon production and new projects for CO2 and hydrogen underground storage and geothermal well drilling.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Software Support Engineer, you will provide comprehensive technical software support that is specific to Real-Time Reservoir (Geo-steering) software, driving forward the quality of technical expertise, and ensure comprehensive technical and customer services support is delivered within a reasonable time. Next to that you will research, troubleshoot, and lead resolution of issues involving all aspects of customer-facing solutions, including (but not limited to) user experience, product functionality, application performance, and customer data.<br><br>As a Software Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Reviewing end-to-end customer support processes to proactively identify gaps and prioritize/execute process improvements that increase customer satisfaction and contribute to overall customer success</li><li> Managing and keeping track of reported defects and enhancements and provide users' feedback regularly to the development team. </li><li>Interfacing directly with customers to triage application-related issues and drive prompt resolution by working with cross-functional business teams</li><li>Providing timely, proactive communications to stakeholders on significant issues and developments</li><li>Serving as the single point of contact for the customer via verbal and written communication</li><li>Adhere to all processes and methodology for Knowledge-Centered Support and create knowledge content</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have relevant bachelor's degree with several years of upstream oil and gas experience or relevant Master Degree with some years of experience along with thorough knowledge of real-time drilling navigation software applications and how these applications provide value to the industry. </li><li>Demonstrate extensive and diverse expertise in pre-well planning, modelling and real-Time drilling navigation services</li><li>Be a self-motivated, positive, energetic, confident, and ethical expert with a strong drive for results.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent analytical problem-solving skills.</li><li>Exhibit excellent interpersonal, customer-oriented, and knowledge transfer skills, with excellent English verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Possess strong teaching and presentation skills.</li><li>Capable of working individually or in a multidisciplinary team, and with an extensive client base.</li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
