Site Name: Korea - Seoul Posted Date: Apr 8 2022 JOB PURPOSE: To help GSK Korea to have the best quality in performance measurement and insight gathering from internal and external data Connect and maximize the commercial value of all available external & internal data sources by engaging the LOC’s business stakeholders Create a consistent and coherent performance measurement and tracking system in LOC to deliver business insights and brand performance forecast accuracy Establish standard KPIs in collaboration with the region team and provide strong measurement and monitoring tools to track commercial performance Plan implementation of commercial analytics and business intelligence roadmap to drive better analytic insight and environment in primary and secondary data resource utilization To be the advocate to upskill overall sales & marketing capabilities in conducting data-driven approach strategic analysis at all levels. To support decision making, manage the overall process of primary market research, and define the appropriate methodology for market research projects based on the business objective Review and select recommended appropriate primary market research agencies consistent with procurement policies ACCOUNTABILITIES: Data and insight provided for key meeting platforms and stakeholders Manage BI dashboards to ensure dashboard performance and data quality Training end-users to use the dashboard and to find insights Manage end-user list in accordance with data governance and organization change Manage reference data upload process for the dashboard update Timely update and report of regular secondary data for dashboard update and report release. Data support to stakeholders for new product launch preparation, market benchmarking for forecast, and other ad-hoc reasons Process management, marketing consultation, and KRPIA reporting of primary market research Vendor management and contract to provide various secondary data efficiently. Provide digital analytics to monitor omnichannel related KPIs in marketing and sales KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree specialized in management, economics, finance, engineering, or statistics 5+ years of experience in pharma commercial org or research/data analytics firm Analytical model development and database manipulation experience Hands-on experience using analytics and business intelligence tools Advanced communication skills and an advanced command of English Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel COMPETENCIES Analytical Thinking, tech Savy, and process-oriented mindset Ability to translate unstructured data into actionable insights High attention to detail Continuous Improvement Customer Focus Developing Self and Others Compliance Mindset Stakeholder Management Our goal is to be one of the world’s most innovative, best performing and trusted healthcare companies.
