GS Finance A & D Analyst

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a GS Finance Acquisition & Divestitures Analyst for the A&Ds process, based on Multiple locations supporting GS ATR, ITC and Compliance scope. The GS A&D Analyst supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects. The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines Key Responsibilities: Supports the GS Finance to execute A&D projects according to the project strategy and milestones Perform SME activities (Subject matter expert) providing input about GS Finance Processes (ie ATR, ITC, Compliance) related Journal entries, accruals, financial closing, reserves calculation, reconciliations, SOX and key controls requirements Extract and analyze reports, registers from SAP or other ERPs Perform balance sheet flux analysis related to the divested or acquired business Support the carve-in/out analysis to support the preparation of “stand alone company” financial statements Partner effectively with key stakeholders across different functions, including external consulting companies involved on A&D projects Execute business simulation and use acceptance testing on ERPs and other applicable systems Perform data conversion and validation, identifying impacts and data accuracy Qualifications Education: • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting Experience and Skills: Required: A minimum of 1-2 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required Solid Accounting & finance knowledge Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with the following systems is strongly preferred: SAP, Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Advanced level of written and oral English Strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and process-oriented mindset is required Other: Ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements Ability to connect, build trust and influence in a global and virtual environment Primary Location Philippines-National Capital-Manila- Organization Johnson & Johnson International (Singapore) Pte.
