We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>In this role you will be responsible to develop and execute our valves digital service strategy. You will partner cross functionally across various functions to drive business development and commercialization of our Digital offerings which encompasses Valve Lifecycle Management (VLM) portfolio. Responsibilities will include but not limited to train & develop digital champion teams within our business and across our global Channel partner (CP) network. <br><br>As Global Digital Services Leader, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>Implement our execution strategy around Service optimization using VLM offerings<br></li><li>Own the Installation & commissioning support for ValvAware software deployment<br></li><li>Own interpretation of ValvAware data and valve maintenance history, combine with application expertise, and to create valve diagnostic reports for ValvAware customers<br></li><li>Develop a robust service execution team across the matrix within engineering & field services<br></li><li>Support Sales, CP and Field Solution teams with closure of VLM offerings across multiple applications<br></li><li>Use data driven asset diagnostics to optimize services, turnarounds, and inventory management<br></li><li>Develop ecosystem to detect anomalies & predict failures to prevent downtime and ensure reliable operations<br></li><li>Facilitate automation of report generation and delivery to customer<br></li><li>Define the parameters of the digital tools required to achieve an efficient valves repair process<br></li><li>Operationalize the use of the tool in Valve repair turnaround planning<br></li><li>Champion migration of channel partners repair process from VK legacy to VKC.<br></li><li>Solicit Voice of the Customer feedback and market trend to prioritize features that will drive productivity and ease of turnaround planning<br></li><li>Develop contemporary and practical training materials for our digital champions<br></li><li>Lead the transformation of ValvAware software & VKC in line with VLM digital roadmap<br></li><li>Communicate new features and releases of ValvAware/VKC to the channel partner<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 10 years of overall industry experience.<br></li><li>Having 2-3 years of experience in Digital Integration with DCS/Control System<br></li><li>Having minimum 5 years of Digital Solution experience in process industry<br></li><li>Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Support.<br></li><li>Having hands on experience in repairs for Control Valves, pressure Safety-Relief Valves, Mechanical On-off valves, control instruments, Actuators and Accessories<br></li><li>Working knowledge of valves repair business & turnaround management<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
