We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager to be part of our Engineering team in our Liège site, Odyssea Pharma, in Belgium. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will lead a performing team that is responsible for maintenance and projects support onsite; delivering on key strategic projects; driving maintenance and engineering development of the production site while always focussing safety first, quality and people approach. Then read on for some of the day-to-day responsibilities: You will Develop, and coach your team in a high-performance environment Build and deliver the site maintenance with a global view - ensuring internal customer and patient focus in every aspect of it Lead the activities of your maintenance team (site preventive and curative maintenance, operational excellence oriented, calibration and validation), developing reliability in a safe, quality compliant manner, while maintaining a field oriented focus and mindset Partner with your peers and other departments, ensuring the delivery of the site maintenance overall strategy over the LRP (long range plan) Collaborate to the implementation of the capex projects Be innovative by implementing maintenance and engineering action plans for the development of technological tools and processes for the current and future evolution of the site So, what education & experience do you need for this role? Qualifications You will have A Master's degree in Industrial in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Civil Engineering 10+ years of experience in management on a pharmaceutical production site Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant and autonomous, you have good interpersonal skills and natural leadership. You have the ability to challenge standards and are a decision maker. Your communication is direct, fluid and efficient. Proven and successful experience leading and coaching a team Project management experience in a pharmaceutical production Fluency in French and English Good knowledge MS Office, DAO, CAD and 3D drawing tools, projects tools Living maximum at 30 minutes from our site (Liège) So, does this all sound like the right role for you?
