Deliver high quality training for Xen Trainer: dry lab, post-op, surveillance of outcomes (the standardized XEN training protocol) 2. Participate in the customer onboarding and skill improvement process for assigned customers. 3. Provide content and feedback on new and revised training course materials, guides, instructional aids, and presentations. 4. Provide solutions to feedback received from customer surveys related to training 5. Provide the report of new clinical trainings along with other administrative work. 6. Provide ongoing customer support to new and existing customers to foster positive long-term relationships. 7. Troubleshoot independently and with internal teams to address customer service issues. 8. Effectively manage key stakeholders: KOLs, academic society, procurement managers etc. 9. Lead collaboration with other functions: Glaucoma sales and marketing, medical, commercial excellence etc. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop training or educating plans according with strategic plan of Xen trainer 2. Ensure quality training for Xen trainer to provide better service for HCPs 3. Coordinate the short-term & mid-term
of user forecast and develop users as those plans 4. Build and maintain relationships with HCPs in order to ensure the value proposition of brands 5. Ensure the integrity of XEN activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies. 6. Lead collaboration efforts with other functions and marketing managers. Qualifications Education and Experience A bachelor’s degree is usually required for this position. College coursework in life sciences such as biology and chemistry, as well as engineering, sales, marketing, advertising, and business administration, are most common in this occupation.
