Cryptography Management Lead

ELC is seeking a passionate Cryptography Management leader to support it’s Cryptography Standards. As a security leader you will report to the Executive Director, Application Security & Cryptography. He or she will assist in overseeing strategic Crypto direction across ELC Core and products. This role will be central to how we transform Crypto across ELC. The role will cover business products, services and infrastructure that supports certificate management, secrets management, HSM and our crypto platform in public cloud. This role necessarily deals with highly confidential and sensitive information, and the role is expected to confirm the best handling practices. Lead and impact the global Cryptography Management function, including collaboration with Legal, Human Resources, Global Communications, Corporate (Physical) Security, other Information technology (IT) teams, and leadership across brands, functions, and regions. Main responsibilities will include: Work with an evolving team Application Security & Cryptography team at a global scale. Hire and plan for the future growth of ELC Cryptographic Platform and Technology. Provide input on strategy and direction with Cryptographic platforms in hybrid cloud, secrets management, and certificate lifecycle management. Work closely with multiple security teams and business units providing expertise on design, implementation, and guidance on Crypto. Be responsible for assessing tools and technology that support access, crypto, and cloud solutions. Be a champion for security knowledge and education across our teams and broader ELC. Be a champion for security with our customers and teams across ELC. Mentor and develop engineer teams, and further our knowledge through continual learning. Stay informed and work on solutions for emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and new controls around security posture. Qualifications Knowledge of other Security aspects: Review current security processes used in our Software Engineering teams & develop optimization strategies. Ensure we deploy best practice Cloud Configuration and Security Management tools and processes into our Software Engineering teams. Experience operating in agile development processes and integrating secure development practices into these models. Programming and scripting skills in languages such as C
