Duties may involve some technical elements but primarily focused on running equipment/machinery /systems. Role is hands-on and directly manipulates the equipment, machinery or system; requiring precise instrumentation/operation. Acts at field operations as an effective member of a field crew, supporting the delivery under supervision of a Field Engineer or Field Specialist. <br><br>Responsibilities and duties: <br><ul><li> Complete all related training, competencies, and proficiencies as required </li><li> Demonstrate and maintain current knowledge and understanding of policies & procedures relevant to operations </li><li> Demonstrate knowledge of all relevant documentation and support systems </li><li> Participate in all safety and toolbox talk meetings relevant to the job </li><li> Particpate in all JHA reviews relevant to the job </li><li> Report issues, lessons learned and best practices promptly using the appropriate system(s) and process(es) </li><li> Demonstrate knowledge and skills to perform basic work processes </li><li> Be able to competently run equipment / machinery / systems as per work instruction </li><li> Maintain, further develop positive client relations and communications </li><li> Under minimal supervision, perform function tests of equipment against specific work instructions <br></li><li> Under minimal supervision, perform the rig up rig down operation of equipment following work instruction <br></li><li> Under minimal supervision, perform service and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic components of Weatherord equipment <br></li><li> Perform house keeping / maintenance duties in a safe manner as directed by supervisor <br></li><li> Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job <br></li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Minimum 5+ years related experience High School diploma, skilled labour certificate or equivalent. </li><li> Strong operational and maintenance knowledge of equipment. </li><li> Must have a telephone and the ability to be on 24 hour call. </li><li> Previous oilfield experience preffered </li><li> Individual must be able to follow Instuctions </li><li> Self motivated and committed to safety and service quality is a must </li><li> Ability to mentor entry level field personnel </li><li> Must be able to work closely with internal employees and external customers </li><li> Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) </li></ul>
