Customer Service Specialist-Filtration

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Eaton’s Industrial Business, based in Tokyo, Japan. Essential responsibilities: Assist Sales manager of Distributor Agreement renewal and all non-standard contracts/POs are submitted for legal review, and follow Filtration Approval Matrix Price Review & Monitor; Order to Cash process compliance in a consistent manner Confer with sales management and other internal functions to establish delivery priorities, facilitate to resolve supply issues and communicate with customers as appropriate, in a proactive and customer focused manner Having working knowledge of import logistics, Japan customs declarations & co-ordination with local warehouse for inbound shipments as well as outbound shipments to customers Work closely with Regional Material Team to support Japan Sales Office related, Purchase to Pay activities, co-ordinate with any local suppliers and working knowledge of inventory management Handle ERP system Maintain CRM System and attend to customer complaint/RMA case register to close, past due/ critical order expediting escalation, etc. Prepare weekly sales reports – sales bookings, billings, backlogs and attend to weekly billing R&O review call, and monthly regional sales forecast call. Present operational excellence & compliance, in internal & external audit activities (OTC, PTP, Legal), as needed Handle Office Admin jobs – incoming calls, sort and open mails, order office supplies and business card, etc. Process invoices and invoices sent by mail (SCAN, signature) Responsible for Ad hoc working instructions from direct or functional manager Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Good command of Fluent Japanese, and English (verbal and written) Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel functions Knowledge of Commercial/Logistics/Forwarding Multi-task operational skills ERP handling experience is an advantage (MFG-Pro) Possess good communication Join us now!
