In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting transactions in SAP/ ERP, including the month end closing steps, tax calculation and return preparation, in line with Israeli Statutory and international requirements. You will also support the reconciliation and analysis of the financial data as well the specific internal control processes, under the coordination of Finance Manager. A close cooperation with the rest of finance team will be required, as well as with other functions. Your main responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the assigned daily / monthly processes, thereof: AP accounting, 3rd party and Intercompany (including invoices posting, payments creation and netting, monthly reconciliations); posting journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred income, payroll, etc tax calculation and tax return preparation. month end closing steps in SAP monthly BS account reconciliation Responsible for customer contract management and related financial terms realization. Support the Finance Manager, the finance team and other business partners to meet the company goals. the preparation of various reporting analyses, reconciliations or ad-hoc reporting. AR accounting, mainly 3rd party working in a close cooperation with AR cllection specialist Work in a team environment to drive improvement in financial and operational processes The job can be performed from a remote location for the Israeli organization. Qualifications Qualifications required: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Economics Strong accounting knowledge: experience with Israel statutory requirements and USGAAP would be a plus Strong SAP knowledge: 2+ years Experience in a relevant accounting / finance role: 2+ years Reasonable level of written and spoken Hebrew, Good level of written and spoken English, Good level of Excel Analytical skills - ability to prepare, analyse and interpret financial analysis/reports; Good interpersonal skills, good communication - you must be able to work closely with all levels of management, peers and/or functions. Flexible and collaborative, ready to adapt and improve. Learning agility and willing to grow within the function. Availability to work week from Sunday to Thursday.
