Manages all the service center in the region, gives technical and sales level trainings. Works closely with the sales team to help them with products´s specifications and makes a pre-sales support, providing effective and technical solutions to different problems. Pre-Sales Support service, helping sales team to achieve the sales goal. Support teams sales to develop the right solutions to customers. Manages ASP to support customers and assures the correct warranties compliance. Technical and commercial sales trainings to support the IT channel. 3ph presential technical trainings with live products. Solves challenging technical problems of the different actors within the market. Knows and understands the different technical certifications required by each country. Qualifications Technical degree in Electrical or Electronic 5 years sales experience in electrical sector, knowledge of UPS Experience in effectively coaching and training, at commercial and technical level facing customers Demostrated abilty in selft - motivation Excellent team work, communications and presentation skills. Medium english language skills ( preferably fluent) Position Requieres up to 40% travel. Flexible to work across time zones. Presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
