Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization<br><br>As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Executing production according to the appropriate instructions </li><li> Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance. </li><li> Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. </li><li> Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget </li><li> Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge </li><li> Defining processes, IT tools, trainings, value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community </li><li> Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures. </li><li> Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment </li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion <br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have bachelor's in engineering from an accredited university </li><li> Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing of subsea equipment </li><li> Display an advanced mechanical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment </li><li> Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and be able to develop solutions </li></ul><br><br>Work in a way that works for you <br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
