<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Prepare, plan and schedule the preventive, inspection and condition maintenance programs taking the offshore environment &amp; constrains into account for OIF dept. in the most effective manner. Support the CMMS team to reflect the correct technical data for PMs &amp; CMs and ensure effective utilization of SAP PM Module&
39;s within OIF Departments.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
B.S. Degree in any engineering discipline with 10 years experience in Oil/Gas/Refinery or Petrochemical Industry, of which, a minimum of 6 years strong working experience shall be in planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities and shutdowns at offshore locations.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; SAP Certification in PM Module &amp; user skills in MM module is an added advantage. &bull; Thorough knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS (SAP) plant maintenance module. &bull; Requires an aptitude for relevant software applications and well-developed analytical skills to interpret data in a manner appropriate with the division&
39;s standing goal of continuous improvement. &bull; Command in English (both spoken and written) with management report writing skills. &bull; Expected to have good experience in maintenance of rotating equipment, support Maintenance Section, on critical job scoping and trouble-shooting. &bull; Support Maintenance and Operations Sections critical spare parts planning and inventory optimization. &bull; Support turn-around jobs and relief valve maintenance and replacement strategy. &bull; Analyze KPIs and problems and identify corrective actions, to be in-line with prescribed benchmarks and meet objective and targets of the department. Identity deviation to benchmarks and propose remedial actions. &bull; Frequent contacts with Maintenance Planning, Engineering and Operations personnel at a senior level, to review maintenance work and quality. Routine contacts with IT department and software companies for software development work. &bull; Good analytical skills<br />
