Lead Proposals Specialist

Comply with bid process commitments, coordinate internal departments, control commercial risk assessment, contribute to sales plan in a specific region and define sales strategy for targeted clients.<br><br><b> As a Lead Proposals Specialist, you will be responsible for: </b><br><br> &bull; Developing proposals, leading customers' negotiation, ensuring deals deliver shareholder value and driving competitive pricing. <br><br> &bull; Collaborating with various internal stakeholders in the region and in Headquarter/HQ, to support customers, mitigate risk exposure and maximize value creation. <br><br> &bull; Supporting Sales relationships with target customers at all levels, understand decision-making processes, and develop strategies to win profitable business. <br><br> &bull; Negotiating appropriate terms and conditions with customers that strengthen deal terms and minimize financial and overall deal risk. <br><br> &bull; Maintaining knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions and customer base. <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br><b> To be successful in this role you will: </b><br><br> &bull; Have a Bachelor's in engineering from an accredited university or college. <br><br> &bull; Have 5-10 years' experience in Sales and Proposals in Centrifugal Pumps (API 610 in Oil & Gas is preferable). <br><br> &bull; Have experience in dealing with aftermarket solutions preferred. <br><br> &bull; Have knowledge on commercial terms and conditions (T&C) is preferred. <br><br> &bull; Have very good oral and written communication skills in English. <br><br><b> Desired Characteristics: </b><br><br> &bull; Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills. <br><br> &bull; Be able to influence others, lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact. <br><br> &bull; Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
