<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
The role is Process Operations focal point for Refining &amp; Chemical plant Assets. Lead a team of Shift Supervisors and Operators to ensure safe, continuous and efficient operation of Refinery &amp; Chemical Plant, to meet the targets set by the Production Department from time to time to run the units efficiently &amp; safely. Co-ordinate with the divisions in other departments like Technical, Asset Integrity, Maintenance, and HSE to meet the above targets as per Refinery Business Plan<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent Education.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; 10 years of experience in Refinery Operations with 8 years in a Senior Supervisory role. &bull; Intensive knowledge of field activities, &bull; Quick troubleshooting skills, decisiveness, sharp analytical and computer skills. &bull; Strong leadership skills. &bull; Should possess organizing abilities, presentation techniques &bull; High degree of skills in oral and written English<br />
