Our team provides valuable financial insight to the business for key areas such as planning, budgeting and forecasting.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Workshop Technician needs to have knowledge of drawings, procedures, qualification, inspection, testing and equipment.<br><br>As a Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Ensuring that the necessary materials, equipment, parts, procedures and qualifications are according to the WOP and the BH standing requirements<br></li><li>Ensuring that the work is carried out and delivered according to agreed specifications<br></li><li>Ensuring that the workshop procedures are followed<br></li><li>Promoting compliance to company and regulatory Quality management systems at all time<br></li><li>Ensuring that the workshop equipment, and facilities are suitable and in operational condition<br></li><li>Ensuring that WOP is followed, filled in with necessary information, contain correct documentation and are signed after performed work.<br></li><li>Reporting all non-conformances and malfunctions<br></li><li>Promoting compliance to company and regulatory EHS requirements & expectations at all time<br></li><li>Maintaining customer focus to meet operational deadlines.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br><ul><li>Have relevant workshop experience.<br></li><li>Have the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
