Job Overview: As Routing Analyst you will be responsible for determination and optimization needs for Away from Home (AFH) and Organised Trade (OT) sales channels. Responsible for all elements of routing – gathering data on current performance, setting up databases to track all steps of the call, optimizing and communicating new routes and tracking performance and budget Responsibilities: Run route optimization process: route structure, number of Sales Representatives, Service Time, run on an aligned quarterly optimization calendar and ensure compliance to it. Develop the routing model / plan routes. Run Time & Motion study and analyze time required for each steps of call. Track and report route optimization KPIs for relevant sales regions. Determine re-optimization needs of regions according to optimization scorecard, prepare and document SLAs of optimized regions. Create new routing database per employee, store, visit, frequency. Maintenance and updates of database (new/deleted customers in & outs), extract customer database from Sales module. Producing various sort of analyses and specific reports requested on demand, or weekly / monthly for field performance monitoring. Allocate budget per sales representative and track. Develop winning relationships with management, colleagues and other key stake holders within the business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided, supporting any business development project. Share learning and support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings. Qualifications/Requirements For a candidate to succeed in this role, he or she will need: Good communication skills and proficiency in English and French language. Bachelor’s Degree Business administration, statistics, mathematics or similar. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially excel and power point – high level). Analytical skills, ability to pull and work with large data. Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Experience in route optimization processes in FMCG and sales is preferred.
