The Impact: You will be a key contributor to the Commercial Real Estate / Mortgage Prospecting Product Management team. You will be joining a global team of experienced professionals interacting regularly with various teams across our organization, including technology, sales, relationship management, research, and development. You will directly contribute to the successful design, development and go-to-market of solutions that solve for the needs of our clients, ultimately driving company growth. You will work directly with clients and prospects to understand market trends and to deliver maximum value to the market. Responsibilities: Assists with performing analysis, research, and modeling, as part of various proof-of-concept activities including building prototypes and assessing the appropriateness of the specific product capability. Must be able to perform research and analysis independently. Support management and ownership of the key commercial lending products, including Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Prospecting and Mortgage Analytics. Develop maintain and communicate related product roadmap. Perform product testing to ensure all released solutions meet our high-quality standards Develop management information including user and usage reporting, Salesforce analytics and other to support the business needs Work collaboratively with various internal departments to deliver product releases, develop effective marketing tactics, training materials, and commercial education. Assist relationship managers, new sales and client support with product demonstrations and product/workflow understanding What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance, data vendor, analytics firm, product management, or related role. BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or other related field Strong comfort level speaking directly with clients Ability to craft and implement a business plan and product roadmap. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Excellent problem solving skills. Proven ability to communicate ideas effectively, strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical skills preferred – Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel knowledge, and Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of the commercial banking client segment, especially the small-medium sized US banks, and how they use and analyze different markets Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies Amenable to work in different shifts particularly US hours Grade/Level (relevant for internal applicants only): 09.
