Water Flood Planning Manager/Lead

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Water Flood Planning Manager/Lead on a 4/4 rotation located in Basra, Iraq. <br><br>Job Responsibilities: <br><br><ul><li> Integrated Planning with Subsurface, Wells, Drilling, Workover, Small & Major Projects. </li><li> Build and work with other Planners in other Dept. and ensure that integrated plans are aligned and updated to ensure that is supporting WF Plans, Targets and achievements. </li><li> Covering all future & following up New Wells, PICs & Workover activities and the allocated CPSs Slots. </li><li> P6 Skills to create new plans and updating 8Q & 12 W Plans. </li><li> Facilitating Meetings with other dept. & collecting all updates and ensure any actions are required to support WF Plans & Targets. </li><li> Following up the new projects with execution teams from other Dept. </li><li> CAPEX Budget Creation responsibility and following up based on the WF Plans and Targets to ensure is covering all WF Projects or activities - interface with OPS Cost Analyst. </li><li> 12W Updates and organizing Bi-Weekly Meeting. </li><li> Work with reservoir team in Sunbury. </li><li> Power BI updates and creation reports and to be skilled enough to cover any updates. </li><li> Additional task to cover OPS APT in weekly basis. </li><li> Creation any required PCP or PIR to support WF Business and target achievement. </li><li> Integration plans between WF OPS and Maintenance. </li><li> Strong Field Technical experience, to work with OPS & Maintenance team for solving the issues at field and find alternative solutions and issue it for their review and action. </li><li> Following up all activities at site and updates for all WF activities </li><li> Covering all short, Medium & Long WF strategies and build the required schedules </li><li> Supporting Other OPS Teams like TAR, Oil, PW teams for any requirements </li><li> Provide the required proposals and solutions which will support the business </li></ul><br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Degree in relevant technical or business discipline or can be substituted by suitable industry experience. </li><li> Minimum 15 years' experience in a Hydrocarbon Industry with at least 8 years in Engineering planning positions. </li><li> Must have expert knowledge of manual and computerized project planning and scheduling techniques.
